Description
We require a Junior UX designer/Product designer as follows
THE ROLE WILL BE INITIALLY BASED REMOTELY BUT AS COVID RESTRICTIONS EASE YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE CLIENT'S & THEIR CLIENT PREMISES IN LONDON. THIS ROLE CAN BE PART TIME ON A 2/3 DAY PER WEEK BASIS
Experience/Skills Required
- Experienced at solving complex business and user problems, and communicating your vision by creating and iterating from prototype to high quality UX designs
- Able to demonstrate a relevant portfolio of at least 3 years of web experiences and mobile-first design - any evidence of SaaS business software a big advantage
- Someone with an eye for all types of modern, cutting edge design and a creative mind for thinking about ways to tackle unique micro-interactions and UI patterns
- A clear written, verbal and visual communicator, able to engage users at all levels to understand their perspective and make complex products appear simple to them
- Comfortable in rapid prototyping using everything from pen, paper, post-its, through to miro, Figma (preferred) and can prioritise choosing the right tool at the right time
- Used to working alongside agile scrum teams and with tools such as JIRA, giving clear visual direction, support and able to react to user story changes quickly
- Someone with consistent attention to detail and ability to think critically about our environment - such as purchasing experiences and business software tools
- (advantageous) Adept at using data or A/B testing to drive rapid UX optimization
This role will be outside of IR35
