Whitebridge Group, the specialist Digital Transformation consultancy is looking for a Copy Writer to o versee, author and edit outgoing customer communications (bills, contracts and letters) for our utilities client.
Key knowledge, skills and experience include:
- Solid experience as a copywriter, writing and creating content (customer communications, letters, bills, etc)
- Experience of defining and refining processes to ensure the copywriting team operates at optimum output
- Skilled in English language and written communications
- Good at simplifying explanations
- Consistency in tone
- Experience with document composition projects or systems
- Understanding of data driven wording scenarios would be desirable
- background in energy/utility business would be ideal
- Able to plan and manage copywriting workload and meet multiple deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail including proof reading of content
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of business customers' needs and appropriate language
- Good relationship management skills to engage with subject matter experts across the business
The role for the foreseeable future will be 100% remote working with visits to Reading once possible and will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
