Change Communication Officer, 6 months, £300p/d, Remote
Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, an expanding retail organisation, who are looking to recruit a EPOS Change Communication Officer on a 6 Month Minimum contract basis. This role will be remote working initially but reporting into their site in Reading.
Please note this role requires engagement with an umbrella company for payment, you will receive a daily rate of £300 per day and travel expenses when required.
The purpose of this role will be to support the EPOS programme in the Business Change team in executing and monitoring the internal communications strategy. You will develop, create and execute communications materials.
I would love to hear from you if you are a suitably qualified Change Professionals with solid experience in retail organisations. Experience and knowledge required:
- Work closely with the EPOS business change team to support and manage the communication plan aligned to all change activities
- Ensure all communication materials are consistent with branding, tone of voice and sent through correct channels
- Developing of new and imaginative ways of communicating
- Developing a set of communication templates for the programme & also to be used as a blueprint for Business as usual
- Developing of new and imaginative ways of communicating
- Creating engaging materials that shows the key messages clearly
- Preparing & supporting engagement presentations and meetings and ensuring all content is agreed with the Programme workstream leads
- Strong writing skills
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint
