Fantastic opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading manufacturing clients! They are currently looking for a skilled UX Writer to join their team for a fourteen-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The UX writer will work as part of a Balanced Team and collaborate with a Product Owner, Product Manager, Engineers and UX/UI Designers to deliver projects and features to support this.
Support a variety of teams providing copy and narratives for various projects and digital products.
Engage with the teams in collaborating with actions and initiatives in support of our users first philosophy, thought research, and active engagement, in finding optimal solutions for our user's journeys in our products.
Collaborate in our teams' efforts to communicate, document and enhance our experience design and technical output.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Skills in balancing engaging copy and rich content, with commercial goals.
A storyteller with a talent for engaging the customer, and delivering factual information in an easily digestible format.
Proactivity, with a user's first mentality.
Experienced within digital communications projects.
The ability to switch between writing styles and tone of voice easily, and effectively.
An understanding of writing for digital products, both web-based and native Apps, would be advantageous.
Experience with a wide range of clients would be beneficial.
