ServiceNow SME
Whitehall Resorces are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SME for an initial 3 month contract in London. This role is currently remote
You will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella company if successful in this role.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Excellent technical and capability knowledge of ServiceNow and industry frameworks
- Experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions
- Be responsible for working directly with the client on resolving ServiceNow issues, developing optimisation opportunities, and evolving automation within the organisation
- Ability to author clear work instructions (DLD, SOE, etc)
- Work with vendors to resolve issues and develop/optimise existing solutions
- Analysis of project requirements and configure to specification
- Works collaboratively and proactively with all stakeholders such as client Architects, PM and SMEs
- Provide escalation for Troubleshooting of issues
- Knowledge of core infrastructure and integration services (AD, Networking, etc) will be beneficial
- Good problem solving skills and has the ability to investigate the use of new technology
