Description

My client is seeking a communication manager to take charge of all communications plan and build a network of internal advocates and influencers to share and amplify their values and shape a positive brand identity and overall digital movement with their client a well-known automotive business.

Responsibilities will cover:

  • Brand and recruitment marketing relating to candidate attraction
  • Employee retention and importantly build awareness of the digital movement across automotive client, including content creation, events, speaker events, awards.

Experience sought after:

  • Proven experience of delivering marketing and communications, specifically working in a data and digital world
  • Genuine passion and curiosity about the digital and data world
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to read data and use it to tell a compelling story
  • Excellent working knowledge of the full media landscape and strong experience in digital planning
  • Networking and stakeholder management and client relationship management skills
  • Experience of managing communications and an understanding of current affairs with the ability to map out and visualise the communications landscape, identify missing gaps and find solutions to fill those gaps
  • Experience of digital, social media and marketing analytics skills, data insights and ability to decipher trends
  • Track record in significantly building brands over time

The ideal candidate would have worked for a large or global corporate in the automotive, FMCG or Media space.

This is an initial 6 month contract with a strong view to extend. Interviews are taking place ASAP.
