For a (truly) Global FMCG Client, GEP is looking for an Instructional Designer to help them building a remote, unified platform for digital learning.

Who are you?
- 5+ years' of experience in the Instructional Designer/equivalent role
- Proven excellent working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Great record with creating engaging digital learning programs (eg Gamification), accessible at point of need
- Solid knowledge of course development software and Learning Management System (Workday)
- Good experience with project management/leadership skills to achieve deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills (connecting with SMEs and Vendors)
- Experience in working in an Agile design environment.
- Responsive, engaged, timely and able to deliver
- Fluent or native command of English
What is the role:
- Type: Contract
- Contract length: 12 months' initially (longer time engagement, extensions possible)
- Location: fully remote, open to Candidates in EU and US
- Start: Q1 2022 (Jan 2022)
