We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a IT Architect(Infra) for one of their Public sector Clients based in Holborn, London (currently remote).
- IR35 - This role is inside of IR35
- Location: Holborn, London (currently remote)
Job Description:
- Good knowledge of IBM Power 9, IBM IOS, virtualisation & MIMIX
- Solution and Design services on the platform
- Ability to author clear design documentation (HLA, DLD, etc)
- Oversee Delivery of solution
- Analysis of project requirements and design solutions to specification
- Works collaboratively and proactively with all stakeholders such as client Architects, PM and SMEs
- Provide governance and escalation for Troubleshooting of solutions
- Knowledge of core infrastructure and networking services (SAN, Networking, AD etc)
- Good problem solving skills and has the ability to investigate the use of new technology
