Service Transition Analyst - £420.00 per day outside IR35 - 3 months initially - Remote

The Role:
A large Managed IT Service Provider is looking for a Service Transition Analyst/Technical Writer to work closely with the wider IT Team to create policies and documentation as part of a large Cyber Security and Continuous Improvement programme. The successful candidate will work with their end client, a successful online retail business.
We are looking for candidates with understanding and experience across service transition processes, and the ability to analyse and document business requirements.
Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Prior experience creating policies relating to service transition and wider IT Infrastructure.
- Experience working with internal teams/stakeholders to understand requirements and business processes.
- Experience writing security policies.
- Strong Technical Documentation experience
- Strong analysis skills
- Retail/E-commerce sector experience preferred
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and able to work well with a variety of stakeholders
