Description
User Researcher urgently required to work on an initial 6-month contract for a public sector project.
Location: WFH/London
Ideal candidates will have experience in the below skill set:
- Agile ways of working
- In-depth interviews, workshop facilitation, ethnography research techniques
- Design services and make decisions to meet user's needs
- Qualitative and quantitative knowledge
- Strong knowledge of best practices in user-centered research, and the ability to embed them into an agile workflow to deliver timely output
