Account Manager (Rewards Campaigns) - 6-12 months - Inside IR35 (£300-£375)

I am looking for an Account Manager (Rewards Campaigns) to join my client's team - who are the biggest producers of electronic devices in the world. I'm looking for an individual to be accountable for up to 10 markets that are either soon to launch eStore Rewards or have just recently done so.

The role is a contract position and is coming in with a day-rate of £300-£375

What you will do:

Support new Market Launches

  • Support the Rewards Comms & Marketing Lead, executing eStore Rewards launch plans for new markets.
  • Take approved market launch plans and work with creatives (internal and agency) to deliver all assets across all touch-points specified.
  • Develop creative assets across multiple channels (Web - desktop & mobile, App, Email, Push, CRM, PR, social media).
  • Work with internal stakeholders & markets to execute eStore Rewards launches and other marketing campaigns.

Support recently Launched Markets

  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for a group of recently launched markets and be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with them.
  • Lead weekly status updates to ensure actions are followed up
  • Work with internal teams to improve the customer experience & optimise the customer journey wherever possible.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity, ideally as an Account Manager preferably from agency side.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention-to-detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and is unfazed with changing priorities.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders within large international organisations.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.

They are doing a two-stage interview process.
