Service Designer/11 Month Contract/£550DR
Gravitas are resourcing for an experienced Service Designer to work with one of their regular clients as they take on a long term project. This role will be educating stakeholders on the service design element of the project. You'll be working with user & business needs whilst considering the technical elements.
Skills Required:
- Experience working as a Service Designer in an SDLC environment.
- UCD principles.
- Plan and run workshops/define bench marking criteria etc
- Stakeholder management and agile experience.
- Experience working with User Researchers.
- Service blueprints/journey maps/ecosystem maps etc.
This is a one stage interview process with an immediate start. This is an 11 month contract OUTSIDE IR35. Remote with sporadic travel to offices (Northern based).
