Product Designer

A global Powerhouse within the social media industry is looking for a Product Designer to join their team in London on a 6 month contract.

*This position will be 12 - 8pm each day, as the successful candidate will be working with a US team*

As a Product Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch. You will be expected to utilise your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills, and you will own the experience for a wide area of the company product.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Very visual based role. - All about Execution and craft of the work
  • Day to day will be working with the designer to make sure the role is implemented correctly and visually executed.
  • The candidate needs to work visually spacious, clean cut, visually clean, with a technical background,
  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
  • Partner with Product Managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Figma use - Strong Visuals and abilities
  • Crafting - A Portfolio for interviewing
  • Good communication skills
  • Product thinking
  • Someone who can sell their product
  • Portfolio of personal work
