User Research (Government/GDS/UX Research/User Centred Design/User Experience Research/Government Digital Service)
Fully Remote | £450 - £475 per day | OUTSIDE IR35
You know what a User Research specialist does in the public sector, in fact, you've probably spent a significant amount of time transforming services, policy, and strategy in this area following the GDS framework.
Your next potential contract role is with an award-winning, market-leading consultancy working with the public sector whilst outside of IR35. You'll benefit from working across multidiscipline agile teams to help deliver great public services to citizens. If you would like to be involved with this consultancy firm who are using research in innovative ways to build, shape, and transform public services -
You'll need skills in:
- Extensive GDS background as a user researcher with skills across usability testing and interviews
- Exposure to full GDS Lifecycle from Discovery to Live
- Ability to work in multidiscipline agile teams
- Strong stakeholder management
