*Technical Skills
- Working knowledge and experience of related communications channels with awareness of coordinating their deployment to maximise stakeholder engagement.
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro) and other creative suites (Canva, Prezi)
- Strong English written and oral skills (native or equivalent)
Your role:
- Provide expertise to support the IT communications and engagement strategy, utilise appropriate tools and channels to maximise engagement, and gather feedback to support continuous improvement of the communications processes and approaches and to ensure the audience is suitably informed and engaged through the transformation journey.
- Provide creative writing and editorial services with a focus on drafting, improving or editing various written communications including internal publications, factsheets, presentations.
- Monitor communication channels, serving as a source of insight on stakeholders and the environments in which they operate.
- Bring in the cool-factor to communication
