We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Content Creator and Coordinator -Contract Length: Until 28/02/22 (Extension TBC), 4 out of 5 days remote from home and 1 day a week (Wednesday) at Holborn Office for one of their public sector Clients based in UK.

Job Description:

Global Innovation Marcomm's Content Creator and Coordinator
Context of the role:
Our Group Marketing & Communications function needs short-term support for immediate content needs required by the Group Technology, Innovation, and Ventures (TIV) office. This is in support of the mission to orchestrate Group efforts to position Capgemini as in innovative company for its stakeholders.
Focus will be to coordinate and create compelling content, working with in-house creative teams and agencies where needed.
The role and responsibilities:
1. Surfacing innovation gems across the Group to help us generate awareness and pride.
Activity will include:
- Audit of sources and enrichment of existing funnel; identifying stories for testimonial purposes. Involves liaising with network of colleagues, those responsible for case studies and references for their respective business units, industries, and other units who can help us champion our innovation narrative.
- Setting up basic tracker in Microsoft Teams Planner: enabling at-a-glance dashboard for exec and marketing overview. Classifying those shortlisted, qualified out or on hold, active with M&C, with client, in pre-launch preparations, published and for exploitation.
- Priority use cases: 2021 Annual Report, startup collaborations, stories from our Applied Innovation Exchanges (AIE), plus other areas of the business such as global business lines that can demonstrate the full spectrum of innovation (from incremental to game changing).
- Key to success will be actively managing the network, in collaboration with TIV Operations, to cultivate a funnel that we could develop for internal and external promotions.
2. Support of TIV Marketing team to produce marketing content for our key propositions. This will include presentations, videos, web and social media content, global newsletter, and internal comm's.
- Priority use cases: Collaboration with AIE Ops team to develop 2021 H2 Success Story compilation ( Book of Outomes ). Collaboration with Group web and brand team to update innovation web pages for v2 launch of capgemini.com in Q1 2022.
- Key to success will be ensuring that all innovation propositions and communications champion our innovation narrative with clients and colleagues and nourish the Capgemini brand.
Experience & qualifications:
5-7 years of professional experience in similar activities.
Ability to cultivate effective relationships, and to influence and collaborate internally
Strong written and oral communication skills
Advanced Skillset in MS Office Package, in particular Microsoft Teams.
