Lead Customer Experience Consultant - Grocery - 9 weeks initial - Fully Remote - £800 - £850 per day - Inside IR35
A Lead Customer Experience Consultant is required for an initial 9 week contract working on a project for a leading grocery chain. The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Customer Experience Consultant, an Experience Strategist or a Design Strategist and ideally will have a background in the grocery sector.
Requirements
- Experience in the design of E-commerce experiences
- Help to define the future CX strategy, proposition and experience.
- Work with colleagues from management consulting and experience design to help define and shape the deliverables.
- A background in the grocery sector
