Project Overview

Experienced working in multidisciplinary agile environments and understand how to work closely with researchers, designers, and development teams.

Ability to embrace collaborative ways of working with other diverse stakeholders groups such as business, branding, and marketing; demonstrating adequate engagement skills and being ready to have difficult conversations about content, techniques for co-creation - pair writing, show and tells, etc.

Able to collaborate with the communications team and support their efforts by applying diverse techniques such as channel mapping.

Experienced working around style guides and design systems and are knowledgeable on how to contribute to their development.

Capable to take ownership of all aspects of content design. You know how to produce the right content, scale it, manage it, and maintain it.

Ability to turn user insights into actionable content design requirements that both feed into prototype development and influence product direction.

Can establish content patterns, test and iterate them. You make sure content is regularly reviewed and evaluated, contributing to continuous improvements and iteration, in order to ensure adequate content quality standards.

Must have a deep understanding of end-to-end journeys and how content is affected within these journeys. You can identify where journey fixes or content improvements need to be made.

Can understand the importance of designing for everyone and proactively advocate for accessible and inclusive content as an integral and transversal practice.

Ability to apply appropriate UX writing techniques, develop a consistent tone of voice and create intuitive microcopy for digital products.
