Business Analyst HR Systems Data Migration - freelance - Fully Remote
Robson Bale are looking for a Business Analyst to come on board for an initial 6 months fully remote opportunity
6 months, Excellent rates
This role is 100% remote but candidates MUST be in the EU.
Tasks of mapping:
- Get the expected template from vendors and understand them
- Pass them to countries and explain the expectations
- Help countries do a proper mapping of the files (Legacy vs target)
- Ensure mapping quality is met
- Get approval and sign-off from countries on the mapped files
- Work closely with vendors and countries to monitor mapping changes
- Log all mapping changes and ensure the stability of the mapping
- Provide status updates to the Data Migration lead (number and % of mapped files, issues, risks, etc.)
Tasks of Extractions:
- Pass mapped files
- Ensure a good understanding of the requirements
- Work with venders to solve mapping related issues (eg, inconsistent mapping)
- Review extracted files
- Provide feedback in terms of file quality
- Review extracted files with countries and collect feedbacks
- Log feedbacks into Jira tool
- Monitor closure of Jira tickets/issue tracker
Knowledge:
- Understanding of HRIS Data models
- Good knowledge of HR data mapping
- Strong experience writing functional and technical specifications (eg, HRIS integrations)
- Functional analysts with good HRIS technical knowledge
- Understanding of SAP HR (on-premises solution)
Preferred:
- Understanding of Workday data model is a real added value
- Understanding of ADP GV data model is a real added value
- Understanding of eTime data model is a real added value
- Understanding of Ramco data model is a real added value
- Understanding of ADP Celergo data model is a real added value
