Description
This role have a focus on UX so will need UX skills along with SOE and CMS experience.
Need a good content strategist to define the new experience of the website.
Expectations for this role would be:
- Use audience research, design libraries and stakeholder input to create and update page briefs for all new landing pages within business.bt.com
- Work with UX and key client stakeholders to identify on-page content requirements/hierarchy of information for new landing pages in the CMS
- Prepare and capture all SEO requirements for each new landing page
- Provide direction for copywriters for all content required. Copy edit and amend new copy as when it is delivered
- Provide art direction for design/UX team for required images and videos
- Work with client and take on feedback to ensure content for pages is built to specifications
- Effectively prepare all written content and relevant tagging for CMS content authors
- QA content in CMS environment
- Troubleshooting CMS bugs and issues with the development team
- Helping with training, content governance models and the updating of CMS documentation for the BT Content Editing team
