User Experience Designer.
User Experience Designer required for exciting programme to map the consumer and user experience across consumer channels and improve consumer journeys. You will have solid consumer focused UX design experience with the ability to work with business teams to translate complex information into clear consumer journeys, putting user needs first.
A solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, competitor research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns will all be a strong advantage.
This role has been assessed to be Outside IR35.
