We are looking for a candidate for below mentioned role on contract basis.Role: SFDC Architect with Media Domain experience
Location: London UK
Duration: 3 Months + possible 12 months Extension
JD below:
• Working knowledge and experience as a Vlocity Configurator who has experience building Enterprise Product Catalog and non-Enterprise Product Catalog to configure Products in the Vlocity Product Console.
• Experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including at least one of the following: Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder.
• Implemented Vlocity solution for Media, Telecommunications, Energy and Utilities (E&U), Health and/or Insurance domains
• Experience of agile project delivery and working as part of a wider team that includes highly skilled Salesforce developers, change management consultants and testers
• Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and translating these into clear user stories, managing the product backlog and assisting the client with testing and product demonstrations
• Interact with the development team during the project?implementation??
• Maintain open?communication with the?client. Plan and monitor BA process and activities.?
• Experience compiling project and user?documentation. Broad knowledge and experience in the creation of?mock-ups?and?prototypes??
• Knowledge and understanding of UX fundamentals and the basic principles of building user interfaces and?workflow?
• Ability to find the?compromise between technical solutions and business?needs??
• Experience of working on the large complex end-user or client projects involving several hundred Salesforce end-users
• Certified to Salesforce Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant and/or Vlocity Platform Consultant
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders
• Experience working with 3rd party delivery partners and AppExchange vendors is a plus e.g. Mulesoft, Apptus, Copado etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5-8 years of consulting experience
• Experience solutioning on the Salesforce platform
• 2-3 years experience Vlocity experience
• Experience working with enterprise clients
• Comprehensive knowledge of software, application, and platforms
• Knowledge of business modeling, governance and operations
• Strong business processes, process documentation and process improvement skills
• Interpersonal and leadership skills – servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
