Description
We are currently looking for a Freelance Senior Product Designer to join a multidisciplinary team within a prosperous rising E-Commerce company. As part of this team, you will be responsible for creating endearing and engaging video shopping experiences which inspire and inform customers. The team owns the platform upon which short-form content is created, moderated, and circulated within the ecosystem.Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage the design vision and implementation
- Work directly with Product Managers, Engineers and collaborate with Designers, UX Researchers, UX Writers and Marketers
- Convert difficult and abstract ideas and challenges into well-articulated, concrete solution ideas with a strong problem-solving approach and craft excellence
- Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions and other human-centered design methodologies and practices to accelerate the customer centricity in your team and stakeholders
- Ensure the brands Design System is consistent and enhanced in product area
Required Skillset
- Minimum 5 years of design experience in digital products, mainly iOS & Android mobile, and web
- Have experience working in retail, social media and/or fashion tech
- Used to operating within multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles
- Able to quickly combine qualitative and quantitative conclusions into seamless product experiences
- Have a great knowledge of product thinking, storytelling, and design craft
- Clear and precise communicator when formulating your vision, strategy, and decisions of your design solutions
- Strategic and purposeful in making design decisions and you do that by integrating user, business, and technical considerations into your design process. You can identify when to optimize for speed and when to seek for quality and hone into the details.
- SaaS experience and business-facing products is a plus, but not required
