A little bit about the role
You will play a key role in advising and contributing to the overall marketing strategy, including digital, print, video marketing, and event planning. Marketing flyers, and scheduling social media posts will fall within your favorite work activities.
Our ideal candidate is a talented content creator who finds thoughtful ways to engage and interact with the target audience. You will identify and engage with the target demographics to develop a community of loyal followers and drive sales. You identify as a collaborator and thrive when given the opportunity to create and are a master at executing initiatives.
The person we are looking for
You have 2+ years of social media marketing, blogging, print marketing, database management, and customer service experience with a track record of success in building an online following within a service-based industry. You know how to track your metrics and can pivot when you recognize your audience is not engaging as you expected. A background in real estate is a bonus but not required.
You can quickly learn the culture and mission of a brand and deliver its message on behalf of the owner. Your experience with content creation and well-developed writing skills help you outshine your competition. You treat others right even when no one is looking, and you appreciate working with a team of like-minded individuals. You have a PASSION for helping others achieve their life goals, and you are also passionate about your own professional and personal growth.

Salary: $85,000-$120,000
Hours: Full time, 40+ hrs/wk, Monday-Friday with flexibility

Location: San Mateo, CA must live within a 40-minute commute to San Mateo to be considered for this position.
