Role - Junior Marketing Support

Duration - 3 months (scope for extension)

Location - London/Hybrid working

Description

The Marketing Support is a new temporary role designed to support ambitious growth plans and help position the Client as the leading pure wealth manager in the UK.

The key objective of the Marketing and Communications team is to grow the awareness and prestige of the Client's brand domestically.

The role will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications in the UK.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Marketing team with administrative tasks: creating event invitations and launch emails, booking venues, managing RSVP lists, invoicing and budgeting, scheduling events and meetings.
  • Assist the team with internal communications, business updates and setting up and managing townhalls.
  • Draft, edit and revise various pieces of content as necessary.
  • Support the Marketing team members in organizing various non-event projects.
  • Assist the team with ordering and sending out client gifts and JB branded merchandise for client events.
  • Must be a confident communicator and have the desire to build strong relationships with internal clients across the organisation.
  • Working in good faith to achieve objectives and in line with continuous improvement principles

Experience & Competencies

  • Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience in public relations, communications or similar relevant field is a plus
  • Gaining the confidence and trust of colleagues and clients through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
  • Ensuring everything we do puts the client at the centre
  • Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new challenges, using both successes and past failures when formulating solutions
  • Striving to achieve results in a consistent manner
  • Taking ownership for your contribution on being accountable for your decisions
