Internal Communications Specialist - Remote - Outside IR35 - SOLE AGENT
Our client, a global investment firm, require a talented Internal Communications Specialist to join their team. You will create internal communications in SharePoint to the business as a whole and also specific areas, ensuring that messaging is on point, consistent and in the right tone. You will also write training material for the knowledge based SharePoint sites. The role is remote working across a global business. You can choose to work fully remote, hybrid, or in the London office, your choice.
What will you be doing...
- You will work with Learning and Knowledge Management team to support various areas including Technology, HR, Office Operations and other business teams
- Develop engaging content for a variety of communication channels including video, emails, online and print.
- Provides copywriting and editing expertise.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 platform is highly preferred
- Work with internal clients to understand, capture and explain various topics by creating content in form of knowledge articles in SharePoint
- Work with various teams to create training materials for new hire onboarding, new software rollout and other training courses
- Work independently as well as collaboratively to execute communication strategies in a highly cross functional environment to ensure project outcomes align with company priorities and direction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of organization communication needs including structure and audience profiles to determine the appropriate channel, medium and distribution approach for communication.
- Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication.
- Track and measure communication effectiveness.
