Modis is currently recruiting for an Internal Communications & Engagement Executive, to join a fantastic client on a 6 month initial contract, with the view to deliver effective communications for informing and engaging employees as much as possible.
Role: Internal Communications & Engagement Executive
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £449
Status: Inside IR35
Location: Remote, with occasion office visits in Taunton
Our client is in the middle of a period of growth and change, and now more than ever need effective communications internally, delivering the right messages at the right time!
This role will cover the day to day internal comms strategy, with a view to increase engagement and employee knowledge of the business vision and strategy, managing all communication channels and messages. You will be working with various stakeholders from different business areas, to influence them, building communications capability and taking advantage of digital channels and tools.
Skills:
- Strong background in internal communications and engagement of employees
- Implementing communication strategy within a transformation/business change setting
- Use of digital channels, and Intranet
- Knowledge of MS Sharepoint
- Creative writing skills, engaging approach through different channels
- SC cleared, or eligible for SC clearance
- Understanding of communications within a civil service setting
