You have a college degree in marketing or 2 or more years of hands-on experience in marketing and brand management for a luxury, service-based industry. You are a wordsmith who has an eye for design and a knack for creating engaging content to “wow” current, past, and future clients in creative and unexpected ways. Details and organization are your forte, and your friends and family always turn to you when they need a proofreader. The Role
You will play a key role in advising and contributing to the overall marketing strategy including digital, print, and video marketing.
Areas of Focus:
Social Media: You have 2 or more years of experience and a proven track record of success in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube on behalf of someone else. You will create monthly breakdowns of the analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities. Scheduling and posting content regularly, repurposing various content, running ads, blogging, editing and creating video, and engaging with the audience and influential people are all within your wheelhouse. You are the person that will help motivate the team to create videos that will assist you in your ability to deliver captivating content. If you need to create a specific design piece and do not have the ability to do so, you are comfortable communicating with a graphic designer.
Print, Digital, and Email Marketing: You will create just listed/just sold postcards, property brochures, real estate market reports, email marketing campaigns, and keep the website up to date.
Event Planning: You will be responsible for client appreciation, community events, and closing gifts.

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 plus an opportunity for a bonus.
Hours: Full time, 40+ hrs/wk, Monday-Friday; working from home 2 days a week is an option for the right candidate

Location: Laguna Niguel, CA must live within a 45-minute commute to Laguna Niguel to be considered for this position.
