Communications Analyst
Rate-375/day inside ir35. 6 months contract, Work from home
Develop and execute communication plans and tailored campaigns for IT projects
and programmes.
Background on comms and content writing skills for IT projects, including O365 change, Teams and SharePoint move
Channel management (to include YAMMER)
Deep Teams, company communicator on Teams, Intranet,
Must use one source and Share point site builds
Create drafts and deliver BAU communications for IT such as IT updates, Cyber Aware Notifications, Planned Maintenance Notifications and Major Incident Alerts.
Maximise the use of all available communication channels to increase readership and visibility of key IT messages
Produce creative IT communication content eg Newsletters, PowerPoint slides, help guides, training sessions, demos and promotional videos, best practice quick tips, infographics, and posters, for targeted business engagement
Manage the Intranet: page building contents
Own the IC Teams Site and work with IC colleagues across the company to ensure it is relevant and up todate.
