Description

Templeton and Partners is looking for a Software Engineer for one of our multinational client in Oil & Gas Market.

Location:  London - UK ( Remote)

Contract: 6 to 12 months Posibility of extension 

What are you going to do?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Equivalent Bachelor's Degree
• Overall 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years' industry experience as an effective technical writer.
• Write Software Content: thoroughly understand multiple audiences and create multiple content types(API Reference, Conceptual Help , QuickStart Guide, Authentication)
• Must have experience on OAS 3.0 specifications
• Knowledge of HTML , CSS and Markdown files.
• Strong analysis and communication skills. Able to manage conflict and misalignment within the team and the business.
• Strong engagement skills, working with stakeholders at all levels on regular basis; Ability to pro-actively engender a strong sense of community and team working.
• Strong ability to coach & guide team members.
• Collaborate with tech Writers to provide peer reviews and participate in Team Decisions.
• Experience in using Spectral from Stoplight to Lint Open API Specs.
• Experience on GIT is required , and knowledge on GITHUB is added Advantage.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
• Experience on working with POSTMAN or other equivalent REST API Client Tools
• Good to have experience in CI/CD principles (GITHUB Actions/Jenkins/any Other Equivalent)
