Description

Role: UX and Delivery Lead
Location: Remote - Travel to Leeds twice a month
Rate: Up to £580 INSIDE IR35
Duration: 6 Month initial

A chance to join a partner of one of the UK's biggest banks. Our client doubled profits over COVID and are looking for a seasoned UX Designer with experience in financial services. As part of our digital team, this role will be responsible for planning, management, and execution of the continuous optimisation of our digital customer platforms, playing a key role in achieving our strategic goal of becoming a Society for the Digital age.

Key Experience:

  • Hands on experience of best practices user experience and optimisation
  • Senior stakeholder management and great communication skills
  • Experience of financial services industry
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects, using data and insights to prioritise in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Experience of resourcing & project planning
  • Experience of both app and web design, knowledge of end-to-end journey

Key Accountabilities:

  • Working with product owner to prioritise workload, managing stakeholders to shape product vision, strategy, and design.
  • Supporting the A/B testing programme, using user testing, research, and data to create hypothesise and measure improvements
  • Understanding the market and competitors to drive innovative solutions
  • Reviewing efficiency and operation of user experience optimisation approach in practise, raising recommendations, and identifying gaps/area for improvement

Key outputs:

  • Create and deliver continuous optimisation plans across all digital channels to drive improvements to customer satisfaction and digital conversions.
  • Analyse and understanding user behaviour, using data and feedback
  • Working with change demand and key stakeholder to raise and prioritise changes to optimise the user experience
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to create innovative solutions to customer & usability problems
  • Monitoring the impact of the changes delivered and reporting to key stakeholders
  • Raising further changes where necessary to further improve the user experience
  • Documenting key processes, procedures, and best practise for User Experience Optimisation
  • Deliver/support BAU UX activities as required
  • Knowledge growth & personal development promoted within the department
  • Support Head of Digital and DLT (Digital Leadership Team) to create strategic goals and plans
