Technical Director - JAVA
We are looking for a Technical Director to join a prestigious Agency based in London. the Ideal candidate has a vast knowledge around Java development; experienced in multi-stack cross discipline environments delivering costumer facing websites and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful delivery of a wide range of Java Based platforms
- Ability to create appropriate technical specification and architectures, plus validating those created by other members of the team
- Working closely with Technical Leads, project management, UX and Design to accurately plan and estimate technical programmes of work
- Prepare and Deliver proposals and presentations to all levels of a client's organisation in addiction to creating regular project documentation
- Oversight and training of technical team members across multiple disciplines and geographic locations
- Hiring and Interviewing responsibilities for new freelance and permanent team members
- Champion, oversee, and enforce quality assurance within the department and agency
