Description
UX DesignerWe are currently recruiting for a UX Designer to join one of our clients for a 3 month initial contract. This role is inside IR35 and they are open to market rates.
This role is remote working, with occasional adhoc travel to UK offices North West, West Midlands, London and South West.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong GDS design pattern/knowledge
- Strong experience working in the public sector
- Significant experience of leading user interaction and service design to develop end-to-end government services through a variety of channels that are simple and straightforward to use and accessible
- Strong accessibility knowledge
- Experience of using a range of tools and methodologies to design complex, inter-dependent and inter-related services that are end-to-end and f ront-to-back.
- Experience solving design and research challenges through collaboration and user participation.
- Experience introducing service design and agile ways of working practices, teams or organisations, including engaging with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
- Agile working
- Experience of working within constraints.
- Ability to use gov.uk prototyping toolkits
- Content capabilities preferable
