The role will involve the expert use of Adobe Target and Front End technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS to deliver A/B tests and personalized content to drive customer experience optimization initiatives. Additionally, the role will leverage top class implementation skills spanning from tracking to hypothesis generation and the ability to understand and support business needs.

Experience in CRO. Ability to design and implementation experimentation tests using Adobe Target

Good JavaScript, HTML and CSS coding skills

Experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is Desirable

React/Single Page Application experience is beneficial

Some experience in UX/UI design would be a plus

Solid understanding on how data layers work

Fundamental understanding of GTM

Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Knowledge of how browsers, cookies, storage and HTTP protocols work is essential

Understanding of statistical concepts (eg, propensity modelling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis)

Migrated to or worked with GA4 would be a considerable plus

Looker Studio and Big Query expertise would be highly advantageous

Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
