  • City of London - Onsite 2 days a week
  • 6 month contract

My client, a large Insurance Company, is looking for a Content Creator to develop learning pathways, materials in the areas of agile, lean, performance and to develop engaging digital learning.

The Agile Coaching Team provides portfolios and the organisation with training, coaching and direct support in their implementation of agile practices and promotes the transition to an agile mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with closely with Agile Coaches and subject matter experts to develop learning pathways, materials in the areas of agile, lean, performance and to develop engaging digital learning.
  • Use a range of tools and processes, to create, develop, and build exceptional learning content for our Portfolio teams and organisation mainly focused Agile, transformation, performance and mindset.
  • Use existing learning materials to convert them into digital content.
  • Create digital exercises and activities that enhance and support the learning plans.
  • Media and comms management through our internal channels.
  • Actively contribute to creating the blended learning structure for all new projects.
  • Communicate effectively and host sessions to share content and gather feedback.
  • Evaluate all digital solutions and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Undertake ad-hoc related initiatives as required.

Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in designing and developing highly engaging training materials.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models.
  • Have experience using a range of software and video editing tools and ability to bring our learning culture to life.
  • Deep experience across all media and channels from eLearning to games, video, animation, and print.
  • Proven track of successfully delivering learning and comms content. A sample portfolio with previous work is ideal.
  • Experience and knowledge of basic SharePoint page design.
  • Knowledge and experience on E-learning and digital training.
  • Proactively search for and learn new skills in digital design, comms and training.
  • Knowledge and experience working in an Agile environment would be advantageous.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas in the most effective way
