Description

infeurope is looking for an Audio-Visual Hardware Assistant for a European Institution based in Amsterdam (Zuid).

Minimum Requirements:
Proven customer service experience in IT support of minimum 3 years;
English language is mandatory - B2 level minimum (able to understand and be understood in most situations);
Bachelor degree of 3 years attested by a diploma.

Professional Certificates or proven expertise (at least one is mandatory):
WebEx, and/or
MS Teams, and/or
Knowledge of infrastructure networks, and/or
Audio-Visual (AV) professional Certified Technology Specialist (CTS®), and/or
Crestron Master Certified Programmer (MCP)/Crestron Master Technology Architect (MTA), and/or
Video conferencing platforms, and/or
Strong portfolio of experience to work as a multimedia specialist with the subjects of film-making and digital photography or multimedia/interactive technology/design/animation or graphic and media design.

Job related skills:
Team player with a willingness to offer and provide help to non-technical users;
An ability to build good and strong relationships with the End-User base;
Experience in communicating in English with non-native English speakers;
Good organizational skills and the ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision;
Good problem-solving skills;
The ability to exercise patience and to remain composed and professional always and especially when under pressure;
Working knowledge of common operating systems and software/Audio-visual applications.
