SAP HR Ask (Successfactors) Consultant - 4 months initially - remote working.
Recruit121 has a client who is looking for an SAP SF HR Ask consultant to work with them on a purely remote working basis for 4 months initially plus extension.
You will be responsible for the following:
Manage end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC Service Center (Ask HR)
Work closely with local and global teams to develop and maintain an application platform for digital support functionalities
Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align with solution functionality
Apply globalization and localization process or templates
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and data migration
Work closely with TCS team members to ensure successful integration between modules
Transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing and future support
Lead and steer the rollout of SuccessFactors EC Service Center application to more countries
Act as project and work package lead for transformation projects
Conceptualize and evaluate opportunities for electronic document solutions for HR processes
Effectively manage project team members
Build up and strengthen customer support model for EC Service Center
Manage system updates and implementation of new products
Collaborate with other system administrators to ensure consistency and improve processes
Support training team on delivery and development of materials for end users
Profile and Skills:
Practitioner with 5-7 years of experience
Minimum ONE end-to-end implementation in SAP SF EC Service Center
SAP SF EC Service Center Associate Certification
Good knowledge of functional process and a proven experience in a client facing role
SAP UI/UX experience is a plus
