We are searching for a Lead User Experience Designer (UX) with experience in service design, user experience and interface design, who has ideally worked on consumer apps or websites as well as public services.
The client is a leading healthcare organisation that are building one of the most exciting projects in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- You will lead a team of designers, ensuring they're supported in the work they're performing on a day-to-day
- You will oversee experience, product, and interaction design
- You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand wider business goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience leading service/UX design teams
- Experience working on consumer apps & mobile websites.
- Proficient with a variety of prototyping and wireframing tools, for example Sketch, InVision, and/or Figma
- Examples of user testing, research and product optimisation
