Job Description
Your job will involve:
- creating wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize designs using prototyping and visual elements
- planning and facilitating ideation workshops along the design process to align the product-vision with the product owner and get all needed requirements of the product: eg, journey mapping, design sprints, storyboarding or other design thinking methods
- develop and implement interaction models and user interface designs for financial solutions
- drive experience design activities to use your strong design thinking and growth mindset
- collaborate on prototypes, scenarios, end-to-end experiences with product owners
- develop and use design systems and drive adoption within development teams
- work with engineering teams, Front End, and Back End developers in an agile environment
Job Requirements
You are a UX designer with:
- at least 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction and/or Visual Design
- extensive experience as a designer working on software products
- proficiency with design tools (Sketch, InVision, Figma)
- strong visual design/layout/typography skill set
- excellent communication and stakeholder management in a complex agile work environment
- well-rounded experience with the aspects of the UX spectrum - discovery and exploration, user research, information architecture, user testing, A/B testing, user journeys
- degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- able to cope with a dynamic and changing environment in an agile setup
- communicative and proactive personality with the drive to focus on ongoing professional development within UX
