Communications Manager (Global/Web Activation/Technology) - 6 month contract - Outside IR35 - Hybrid working

As a communications Manager (Tech) you will help deliver internal communications on a major digital change programme, you will also be the SPOC between the regional HUBs and all internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong global communication skills with some element of change experience/stakeholder engagement skills for all Global Web Deployments/Activation.

You will work with a global IT platform campaign to internal audiences across a complex business - working with UX design teams and project managers to ensure new websites and product campaigns were launched to plan and on time.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for designing a web deployment plan and generic timeline for a project.
Establish effective communication network to align and manage the flow of information.
Creating project kick-off slide presentations for web leads
Prepare supporting documentation for FAQs, to assist markets and web leads.
Perform central validation for UX during the UAT phase with the support of the CX team.
Drive continues improvement through lessons learnt.
Lead and manage project meetings, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
