Customer Relations Officer - Specialist Mortgage Services (Operations)
Contract for initially 6 months - highly likely to extend
The day rate is up to £250 per day Inside IR-35

Please note that we will consider candidates with extensive mortgage complaints experience only.
Customer Relations team are essentially a complaints team for mortgages. In this role, you will deal with a range of complex complaints, which could range from anything like a change in interest rates, call response times, payments, or anything related to mortgages and the service.
The experience our client is looking for:
- Extensive complaints handling in the mortgage department
- Serving a challenging loan book or mortgage service
- Investigation experience in mortgages or loans
- Letter writing experience/excellent communication skills
