Role description: SAP Technical Project ManagerDuration of the project: Till end July 2015
Working hours and allocation: 100%
Location: Brussels
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Lead Technical work packages of the SAP Data Consolidation project
• Tuning and optimisation of critical migration objects (top tables)
• Ensures that the appropriately sized and configured systems are in place at the times they are needed at an acceptable cost and quality
• Systems migration plan with critical path timing (coordination with Netapp storage and HW refresh)
• Technical project plan
• Test Master plan
• Advise on potential risk and risk management
• Review & report technical activity progress to Program Director
• Participation in Program meeting
• Communicate project activities internally
Required expertise and experience :
• International experience and ability to work in a virtual team
• Good SAP and SAP architecture knowledge
• Experience leading a diverse team of both local and global resources
• Min of 8 years of experience required leading, managing and motivating highly skilled professional teams, preferably teams of 20+ resources
• Experience with any or all of the following areas is desirable: SAP ERP4.7, SAP ECC6, Portal, PI 7.1, BW7
• Peripheral systems: EMC Documentum for data and optical archiving, HP Output Server to output management, KOFAX for input management, Redwood Cronacle for Job Scheduling
Language skills: Fluent in English
Strong oral and written communication skills
Technical & IT skills:
o Overall knowledge of ECC 6.0
o Microsoft suite
Tools: Microsoft suite, Share point
