I am currently working with a Clinical Commissioning Group based in the South Of England and am looking to recruit an Interim Governance Manager for a 2- 3 Month contractThe main duties expected of the Interim Governance Manager are as follows:
- Background in Corporate Governance, Risk and Assurance
- Experience of minute taking
- Writing meeting agendas
- Preparing and producing relevant documentation for committee board meetings
- Junior Company Secretary background is desirable
- Well organised
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
