I am currently working with a Clinical Commissioning Group based in the South Of England and am looking to recruit an Interim Governance Manager for a 2- 3 Month contract

The main duties expected of the Interim Governance Manager are as follows:
  • Background in Corporate Governance, Risk and Assurance
  • Experience of minute taking
  • Writing meeting agendas
  • Preparing and producing relevant documentation for committee board meetings
  • Junior Company Secretary background is desirable
  • Well organised
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
