Description
I am working with a London based Clinical Commissioning Group who are recruiting for a Serious Incident Manager to begin ASAP.To be considered for this post you must meet the following specification:
- Be a Registered General Nurse with a Clinical Background
- Have experience of managing the full SI cycle from initial report to sign off
- Have experience of report writing with regards to themes, trends, lessons learnt and action plans
- Root Cause Analysis trained to scrutinise current practice
- Excellent communication skills to engage with local providers
This contract will be for a duration of 3 months.
