Description

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Service Operations Assistant to join their business in the United Kingdom.

Position Title: Service Operations Assistant

Responsibilities
- Manage billing invoices from service providers
- Produce and organize usage data and issue invoices to customers
- Daily monitor, analyze, and collect data
- Responsible to minimize costs and improve service
- Produce monthly reports (including mobile, VoIP, Wi-Fi, etc) for European customers
- Support various issues related to mobile networks (Mobile, VoIP, Wi-Fi)
- Process service orders

Qualifications
- 2+ years in data analysis
- Previous role relating to improving of customer service
- Knowledge of mobile network operations
- Knowledge of billing systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
