Risk manager - SI Manager - Serious Incident Manager - LondonI am currently working with trust who are seeking an Interim Risk Manager / Serious Incident manager to join there team in an acute Trust in London.
To be Successful for this role you will need to have previous experience in Patient Safety, Risk or Quality Positions and reported at board level.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Patient Safety, Risk or Quality
- Investigations into SIRIs
- Experience in SIs
- Compile Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports
- Show Evidence of improved quality and achieved outcomes
- Provide Monthly / bi-monthly quality and performance reports
- Strong experience in Serious untowards Investigations
- Experience with Writing Clinical Governance reviews
