-Job holder is responsible to support us on our journey to bring business intelligence (BI) within ABI to the next level of maturity and this via
-The delivery of end to end solutions / projects in the BI spacefrom business requirements, to design to solutions and implementation
-Leading initiatives for improvement, standardization and simplification of the current BI solutions in place and this both from a technology as well as a from a process perspective
-Drive innovation within the BI space
-In doing so, the job holder will have to establish and manage professional relations with vendors and stakeholders both internal as well as external
Accountabilities
-Key accountabilities
Have the ability to technically and functionally understand the current BI solution and tools in place and within that context:
-Define and design zone solutions (pilot and roll out) blueprint and business case within the BI space
Plan and coordinate solution definition and coordinate solution delivery with service provider
-Execute and deliver together with the service provider the chosen solutions / projecton time and within budget
-Project management of the solutions in the zone together with service provider
-Track, escalate and resolve specific business function IS related zone projects progress and issues (including project management support) where necessary
-Facilitate communication between IS and zone business in zone IS-related projects
-Support zone business to define zone specific business function IS needs with appropriate solutions and initiate business cases
-Ensure compliance of zone specific business function IS-solutions with global standards & policies
-Identify and provide innovative, proven, optimized BI IS solutions to help us innovate and stay ahead of the game in the BI space
-Liaise with Zone and Global Solution Architecture to ensure specific zone business function solutions are aligned with IS strategy, technology and architecture
-Have the drive and right mindset to conduct critical reviews of the current solutions in place to drive improvements, optimizations and automation
-Be able to challenge the business and other incoming requirements on their value add / needs
-Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and establish good communication channels
-Set-up strong governance and routines with all parties
Language skills
English(Fluent: ability to clearly address various levels of management and handle problematic situations in writing and in oral)
Additional languages are an advantage: Russian, Dutch, French, German, …
