Project environment

A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a Senior Project Manager who takes on Project Management role for one or more projects under the programme umbrella and who supports the “Time Management” project in analysis and specification of country specific business requirements.

Tasks

As a Project Manager:
•Meets the defined objective, produces the required products, to the required standard of quality, in time, cost, scope and quality.
•Defines project structure, organisation, and delivery approach in conjunction with the programme.
•Co-ordinates the efforts of all team members, associated team members, share service providers and vendor staff in conjunction with the Business and IT Leads.
•Ensures Stakeholder Management.
•Monitors and reports project progress and performance to the appropriate bodies.
•Develops project plans (schedule, resources, etc.), aligns the plans with stakeholders and monitors and controls deviations and changes.
•Ensures that risks and issues are identified, managed and responsive actions executed.
•Identifies and manages resources (availability and efficient utilization).
•Ensures that the project is compliant with the appropriate governance requirements.
•Aligns with and involves change management and communication lead where appropriate.
As a Business Analyst:
•Leads business and fit-gap analysis activities for one or more specific countries.
•Gain and maintain an excellent understanding of country specific “Time Management” requirements.
•Elicits, analyses, documents (in the "blue print") and prioritizes country specific requirements for the setup of “Time Management” solution.
•Ensure consistency, completeness and correctness of business requirements.
•Reviews deliverables from internal & external partners to ensure covering of requirements.
•Seeks sign-off of the blue print and system deliverables by the business.

Requirements
•Experienced Project Manager, PMP certification considered an asset.
•Strong customer orientation and business focus.
•Experience in Implementation of IT solutions across locations and organizational units.
•Experience in analysing, documenting business requirements, writing specifications.
•Subject matter expertise for Time Management.
•Strong technical acumen.
•Good working knowledge of Success Factors (SF), Workforce Software (WFS) and/or SAP (HCMS).
•Strong communication skills to work with business and IT resources.
•Experience working in international environments.
•Financial services experience considered an asset.
•Must be fluent in English, German is an advantage.
