Risk Manager- 3 Months, North EastI am currently looking for a Risk Manager to work within the North East area of England.
This will be an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend.
Rate- £300 - £400 (DOE)
Contract Length - 3 months initially
Location - North East
Start Date - ASAP
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in clinical Risk
- Extensive understating of SI's (Serious incidents)
- Experience in Patient Safety, Risk or Quality
- Investigations into SIRIs
- Experience in SIs
- Compile Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports
- Show Evidence of improved quality and achieved outcomes
- Provide Monthly / bi-monthly quality and performance reports
- Strong experience in Serious incident Investigations
- Experience with Writing Clinical Governance reviews
